Returns & Refunds
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., worn jewelry or personal care products) may not be eligible for return. We’ll clearly indicate this on the product page if applicable.
